Day 4 Skip Day

Hi, I am unable to paint today due to having to work 12 hours today at my job.  But I will attach a couple pictures of my current art show happening at the library.  It is interesting to hear people tell me their favorite painting in the show and why.

Day 3 Fail

On day 3 of daily painting, I really disappointed myself.  I am having a hard time with the "alla prima ", painting wet on wet with oils.  I am thinking of painting from the same photo tomorrow, but with acrylics.  Wish me luck!

Apple A Day

Day 2 of "Daily Painting".  I had fun painting the apple in a much looser style than normal.  I am not used to trying to paint "wet on wet" in oils, so it was frustrating at times.

Nail Art

Had a great day today with a friend getting my nails done at a local salon, then lunch and shopping.  I also decided to attempt some daily painting after reading the book Daily Painting" by Carol Marine.
